Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch standard orders either the same day or working next day, and custom orders within working 2 days. At busier periods this might not be possible. Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that working days are Monday - Friday.

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class unless specified otherwise. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail, and will be delivered using customer's local postal service. Tracked courier options are available upon request if they are not automatically added at checkout however will incur added postage costs. Oftentimes the courier service we use will be Evri (previously Hermes), however on occasion we may use a different courier.
Because the weight of the parcel affects the cost of postage, we have based our postage prices on the total value of the items as more items in the box will increase its weight.

Depending on the items purchased, and external factors we may upgrade your postage to either Royal Mail Tracked 24 (if 1st Class is selected) or Royal Mail Tracked 48 (if 2nd Class is selected). If we do this, there will be no additional cost to you, but you should recevie your items a little quicker than you expected.

We also have a courier option for a blanket £8.50. The courier we generally use is Evri, however may use a different one if the parcel is not within the sizes/weights they accept.
Shipping fees listed include handling and packing fees. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Fees cannot be estimated by us prior to dispatch.
We ensure that boxes used are amply sized and your items are well-protected. To keep shipping costs down and to ensure our ecological responsibility, we will often re-use boxes.
External events may sporadically affect delivery times, such as Christmas or delays caused by pandemics please allow a little extra time before raising a missing item query.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you do wish to make a return, items must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition they were delivered. As per distance selling guidelines we must be notified within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the items. We must then receive the items back within 14 days of our acknowledgement.
On receipt of the items, a refund will be issued (obtaining a proof of postage from the Post Office is advisable in case the items are lost in the post). Original postage will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
Items that have been damaged in the post when sent to you will either be refunded or replaced. A photograph can usually be used as evidence of damage, which can uploaded using the contact form.
